I recently stayed at Homewood Suites in Chattanooga and had a very pleasant experience. The location was great—convenient to many local attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I especially appreciated the housekeeping team, who were not only thorough but also warm and accommodating.

The room felt and smelled clean. It was a nice size. Both the living and bedroom area felt spacious. The breakfast was delicious and a good variety. They also had a social type thing Wednesday nights with a good variety of snack-type food. The staff was really nice and very helpful. The kitchenette was well stocked with extra cupboard space for groceries.

It was nice to have a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen area. The kitchen area had plates, utensils, dish soap, and pretty much anything needed for our stay. My husband did a little work while away and was able to set up his laptop on the dining table while my son watched television on the sofa. Overall, the room was clean and spacious.

The bed was comfy. I love how large the room was, but the bathroom needed attended to. the shower had Rust on the tiles and on the doors, I wanted to take shower but I passed. The staff is exceptional, i left jewelry there by mistake after I left, they found it, put in sage and I picked up on my way back thru TN. Breakfast was good, but real butter would have been nice.

Traveling alone I felt very comfortable and safe. The employees that I encountered were very pleasant and accommodating. Very neat and clean looking. The sofa in the livingroom could use a replacement. Bonus...Texas Roadhouse was a walk out the door.

I did not have breakfast as I left early to get on the road. The bed and pillow were so comfortable. Staff extremely friendly. Room very clean.

It was adequate size for my son and I. He said the couch was not comfortable for sleeping!

The front desk was excellent and attended to all our needs. The breakfast girls were great and the food was good.
